Return and Refund Policy

At Coleman Aero, we want you to be happy with our products. If something is not working out for you, please let us know. We have support and engineering on staff to assist and/or offer a return.

Return Window Customers have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.

Eligible Items All products are eligible for return unless marked as final sale. Items must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging.

Return Process

1. Contact us to initiate a return
2. We will provide instructions on the return. Customers pay return shipping unless support determines otherwise.
3. Package items securely and attach your shipping label
4. Drop off at any authorized shipping location

Return Shipping Costs Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error.

Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Processing time may vary depending on your location and financial institution
